Laucks' Seattle, Washington facility consists of three separate buildings totaling over 23,000 square feet.

The laboratory complex is situated approximately two miles south of downtown Seattle in the industrial/commercial area of Georgetown.

The main Laboratory, built in 1980, is located at 940 South Harney Street.

The organic extractions and microbiology laboratories are located at 921 South Harney Street.

The third building consists of administrative office and storage space and is located at 929 South Harney Street.
