Laucks Testing Laboratories, Inc. (Laucks) current certifications are listed in our Certification and Accreditation Status document. Copies of the Certificates or Letters of Approval are available as .pdf files. In addition, we have been an EPA Contract Laboratory for the Organic SOW OLM04.2 and are currently an EPA Contract Laboratory for the Organic SOW SOM01.1. This does not imply certification by the EPA, but does indicate some degree of approval by the agency.
Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE) personnel conducted an audit of our laboratory in December, 2001, and we have been informed through an audit report that we are recommended to work on AFCEE projects. We do not have an expiration date for this approval. Since 2001, Laucks has successfully completed several other AFCEE audits conducted by our clients. These include Weston in May, 2003, and CH2M Hill in June, 2005.
Laucks also holds a current USDA soil permit which allows us to accept soils from outside the continental United States. We perform USDA accepted food analysis methods. We also provide analysis for U.S. Customs, utilizing approved FDA methods. FDA does not offer a certification program.
